Understanding the Value in
Senior Living.
Life at a senior living community is about so much more than a place to live. It’s a place to thrive. Socialization and engagement opportunities are available every day. Life-enrichment programs keep things interesting — and fun. Help and support are readily available if needed, and tasks like transportation, grocery shopping, meals, housekeeping and home maintenance are taken care of.
While it’s understandable to think it’s more cost-effective to stay at home, when you add it all up and compare the costs of remaining at home to the cost of a senior living community, the cost-effectiveness and value of senior living becomes clearer.

Paying for Senior Living at Cascade Living Group.
At Cascade Living Group, we try to make paying for senior living as easy and transparent as possible. Our communities are monthly rentals, which means there are no costly buy-ins. There is no need to pay in advance for care you may never need. Our contracts are comprehensive and transparent. You stay in 100% control of your assets.
Many of our communities offer different lifestyle options, which means needed care is available in the same community, and couples with different needs can remain together. In those instances, a reduced second-person fee can be applied to the monthly rent.
Pricing at our communities depends on the level of care and support required. The more independently you live, the lower the cost. Typically, those living in our independent living communities pay the lowest monthly rent, and those in our memory care communities, the highest.
